Last week, I set a personal goal to lose enough weight to set me under 200 lbs. for the first time in almost two years.


Last Week’s Weight:      201.9 lbs.
Current Weight:             199.7 lbs. (look at that one!!!)
Weekly Weight Loss:    2.2 lbs.

Beginning Weight:         204.1 lbs.
Total Loss:                     4.4 lbs.

And, I’m pretty sure my math is right this time…

For the record, last night’s workout was super-intense, and my arms, upper back, and shoulders feel like death today.

But, it hurts good because I know I’m getting stronger.

And I know I said I’d be posting some recipes here soon, and I’ve got two written up. I just need to make them again so I can take pictures. Stay posted for Oatmeal Chicken and No-Butter Banana Oatmeal Cookies.
