A Note About Small & Simple Things:

Many of the tools that I have discovered in my own personal transformation are fairly basic, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t powerful. We discount the small things because we assume they aren’t powerful. But it’s really the simple things that have the most profound impact — seeing the sun in the morning, drinking water, walking in nature, eating local and seasonal foods.

They also can be a lot more difficult to implement than they sound.
